Vics Auto Parts utilizes UPS and FedEx for most shipped items. In most cases, your order will be packed and shipped within 48 business hours.

Larger items, such as motors, transmissions, hoods, and doors require a different method of shipping. We use several carriers offering you the best rates and delivery times. Contact us for an exact quote. We get very competitive rates throughout the country.

Here are some guidelines to keep in mind if you are unable to get the weight of your part:

Smaller parts are easy to UPS and must be less than 150 lbs. and under certain dimensions. All weights are guidelines and subject to change with each vehicle.

• Taillights: 10 lbs.
  Headlights: 13 lbs.
  AC Compressors: 26 lbs.
  Power Steering Pumps: 15 lbs.
  Radios: 12 lbs.
  Alternators: 17 lbs.
  Starters: 17 lbs.
  Modules, Brain Boxes, ECUs: 10 lbs.
  Mirrors: 15 lbs.
  Radiator: 20-50 lbs.
  Wheel: 20-50 lbs.
  Wheel Cover: 13 lbs.
  Transfer case: 90 lbs.
  Drive axles: 25-60 lbs.

Airbags require special boxes and higher regulations. $50 per driver airbag. $50 per passenger air bag. Dash panels, roof air bags, and seat air bags will be more. Please call for exact quote.

We do not ship glass. These items must be picked up at our Highland, Wisconsin location. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Refunds

• No refunds on special ordered parts, including cuts.
• No refunds on Electrical. Exchange only.
• All returns must be accompanied by original receipt.
• All checks have a 14 business day waiting period before refund will be issued.
• Restock fees to include shipping and handling and all labor charges incurred or 20% of selling price, whichever is greater. Labor rate is $50.00 per hour.
• Vics Auto Parts does not guarantee mileage. We do not cover labor charges.
